(Politics) Why do Human Rights Groups condemn Duterte's Drug War?

It is already known that Duterte has launch his war against crime and drugs. Ever since his election, he has told people what he is going to do which was to heavily reduce or "remove" crime and illegal drugs in his country. Months has passed and it produced some sort of positive result but the end in this situation does not justify the means according to several human rights groups.

But Why? I mean, this is the name of the post after all. Here are the reasons:

1. People are not properly Judged.
Some people who are killed during the war may not be drug users at all! Especially when the vigilantes can simply kill whoever they want and just manipulate the evidence. Not alot of people who were affected were not given justice and some cardboard writing isn't enough evidence.

2. People don’t recognize the motivations behind it.
Why do you think these people push people to do drugs? With the amount of poverty in the Philippines, it is no wonder why people would do anything for some income for their life. Even if it means they'll have a chance to be arrested or killed.

3. Rehabilitation is more effective
Killing alot of the people using drugs is not really effective. It's easier and safer for people to just help them in their situation through communication and care.
